Most people spend many hours of their day at work. It is therefore certainly important to you that everyone can feel comfortable there. But are you unsure about what you need to bear in mind? Do you want to know how you can consciously counteract possible discrimination?
This online format aims to provide answers to these and other questions. The anti-discrimination counseling and work for Greifswald & Vorpommern-Rügen (ADA) and the company counseling team (BBT MV) will provide an overview of the framework conditions for a discrimination-sensitive working environment. There will also be a practice-oriented exchange on prevention and intervention strategies.
