Studio e. V. is kicking off the new year with the first round of Studio on Tour. The popular concert evening with local bands will once again take place at Kino Latücht (Große Krauthöferstraße 16). DIE GRUPPE KÖNIG, VIRUNUM and DJ Dr. Music will be coming to Neubrandenburg on April 11, 2026.
Studio e. V. is starting the new year with a fresh new look, this time with the first round of Studio on Tour. The popular concert evening with local bands will once again take place at the Latücht cinema (Große Krauthöferstraße 16) and this year it will take place before the big hustle and bustle that follows in the summer. On April 11, 2026, we are bringing these three early bloomers to Neubrandenburg:
Post-punk trio DIE GRUPPE KÖNIG sound raw, uncomfortable and colder than you'd actually want. The winners of the 2018 State Rock Festival and the 2019 PopFiSH Music Video Award make music that is reduced to the essentials, somewhere between GDR and DIY.
Founded in Waren (Müritz), the band VIRUNUM quickly made a name for themselves in the region with their honest lyrics. In 2021, they won the "Your Song for MV" competition. After a new start in Dresden, they honed their indie pop sound with acoustic roots and polyphonic vocals.
Penzlin-based Thomas Mittelstädt aka DJ DR. MUSIC from Penzlin plays a few more records after the concerts so that the audience doesn't have to go home straight away, but can still party a little. Hot, hot!
