Director Richard Huber makes his cinema debut with this remake of the successful French comedy "Das Leben ist ein Fest". He largely transfers the plot constellations from the French original to the German version and, thanks to a top-class, colorful ensemble, he also succeeds in making a very amusing film with this version.
