Susann will guide you through a wonderful weekend of Yin and Hatha Yoga at Gutshaus Gottin. In addition, there will be meditations and creative impulses for your personal new beginning. Nestled in a 20,000 m² park, the manor house is available for exclusive use.
Our focus is not on perfect posture, but on your well-being. In small groups and with attentive guidance, you will gently immerse yourself in the world of yoga. We combine different styles, meditation and sound elements so that you can intuitively feel what is good for you.
The special thing about it?
You don't have to think about anything. Your package not only includes the yoga sessions, but also overnight accommodation in a stylish manor house, vegetarian, wholesome organic food and access to our sauna. So you can concentrate fully on yourself: on your breath, the silence, the walks in the forest or simply on doing nothing in the manor house or park.
You can choose whether you prefer a classic 3-day weekend or an extended 4-day retreat. Whatever suits your rhythm.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or already have some experience, here you will find space to come into your own.
