YOGA BRUNCH REGIONAL
Dear yoga friends,
We are delighted to invite you to a very special event - our regional and vegetarian yoga brunch in Gessin! This brunch is perfect for anyone who enjoys practicing yoga and wants to indulge in delicious, healthy food at the same time.
Our yoga style for this day is Vinyasa, a flowing and dynamic style that is also suitable for beginners. Whether you already have experience or are just starting out with yoga, you are welcome to join us.
The brunch will take place on Sunday, 07.12.25, at 10.00 am. We will be practicing at the beautiful Mittelhof in Gessin, a special location where you can relax and feel the positive energy of yoga practice.
We will prepare a variety of regional and vegan delicacies for you. You can look forward to a varied, vegetarian buffet.
Please remember to bring comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. Your own yoga mat would also be an advantage, but don't worry if you don't have one, we can provide you with one.
