Bird call hike with expert ornithologists to learn the bird calls and assign them to the respective species
Spring is here and with it the birdsong. Now in spring, our songbirds can be heard with particular intensity, whether they are courting a female or consolidating a territorial claim.
Memorizing all the melodies and then assigning them to the right singer is a challenge for some nature lovers. The different habitats in which the species live provide information about their way of life. The Mecklenburg Schweiz and Lake Kummerow Nature Park Association invites you to a bird song hike to become more familiar with bird calls. This will be led by ornithologist Peter Boje from Teterow.
The meeting point is in Teterow in the parking lot of the "Hohes Holz" restaurant. From here, the walk is about 3 kilometers. Binoculars are a must.
