The time has finally come - the new seal enclosure at Rostock Zoo is opening.
The time has finally come - the new seal enclosure at Rostock Zoo is opening. From July 3, visitors to the zoo will be able to admire the seals and fur seals swimming and diving at close range in their new enclosure and immerse themselves in the world of seals. On the opening weekend, we will be celebrating the inauguration of the new enclosure from 11 am to 3 pm with a colorful supporting program for the whole family - with face painting, a wheel of fortune, an exciting seal quiz and much more. On Saturday at 10:30 a.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m., you can also attend the first show feedings at the new enclosure and "look at the seals' plates".
