New York unplugged - Part III - A tribute to Frank Sinatra

    "A tribute to Frank Sinatra"

    with Max Neissendorfer and band

He was simply called "The Voice": the voice. Frank Sinatra was an artist of superlatives and one of the greatest vocal stylists of the 20th century. His career, characterized by contrasts, began in the 1940s and spanned six decades, three Oscars and 18 Grammy awards.
Whether as a big band lead singer, solo artist or member of the legendary "Rat Pack", Frank Sinatra left his unmistakable mark on numerous world hits. These include classics such as "New York, New York", "Strangers In The Night" and the perennial favorite "My Way". Frank Sinatra would have been 109 years old on December 12, 2024.

Max Neissendorfer, one of Europe's most versatile jazz pianists and scat singers, has put together a fantastic program that traces the stages of Frank Sinatra's life. He bows to Sinatra's oeuvre and takes his audience on a swinging journey of discovery, revealing unknown nuances and giving him a fresh coat of paint.
