New opening of Patisserie Timm in Schwaan

Schwaan can look forward to sweet news: on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, Patisserie/Konditorei Timm will open in the premises of the former Schröder bakery and confectionery. Behind the new name is Claudia Timm, a pastry chef from Stäbelow, who is taking over the traditional business and continuing it with fresh ideas.
Ms. Timm has been successfully self-employed in her profession for eight years and brings with her a wealth of experience and passion for fine confectionery. The handover has already taken place and Ms. Timm will use the coming weeks to familiarize herself with Schwaan and get to know her new guests. The popular range will largely be retained and some of the tried and tested recipes will be continued. In future, the range will be supplemented by cocktails at a fair price to round off the sweet experience.
The opening hours will also remain as usual: the patisserie is open Wednesday to Sunday from 6 am to 6 pm. Claudia Timm cordially invites you to a champagne reception for the grand opening on March 4, 2026 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
