Hatha meets Yin - from strength to calmness

This course aims to support physical stress regulation through the two complementary principles of strength and calm, activity and passivity. Cortisol and excess energy, which accumulate in tense muscles as a stress reaction, are to be released in invigorating vinyasa flow sequences. The passive rest of yin yoga then enables the deeper layers of tissue to be reached and relaxed by spending longer (3-8 minutes) in the mostly lying asanas. The aim is to experience a physical and mental state of deep calm at the end of the day.
