Workshop to join in - Somatic walk

As a complementary, participatory offer to the dance project, the artists Anne Retzlaff & Belinda Masur invite you to take a walk. The aim is not only to observe the landscape, but also to establish a deeper connection to the surroundings and one's own body awareness through conscious movement, breathing and walking.
The walk is led by Anne Retzlaff. Gentle movement impulses, breathing exercises and conscious pauses invite you to enter into resonance with nature and to experience your relationship with your own body and the environment in a more complex way. The workshop is suitable for everyone - regardless of previous experience. Please wear comfortable clothing.
