Printmaker Christina Simon has pushed the technique of large-format color linocuts to its limits. This was triggered by her "traveling years", which took her to various printing workshops in Europe. These include Druckwerk Basel, AGA_LAB Amsterdam, Fyns Grafiske Verkstædt Odense, Edinburgh Printmakers and Artprintresidence Barcelona. In July 2024 she was a fellow at Künstlerhaus Lukas in Ahrenshoop. There she was able to further develop her collages and express them in various sea motifs. In the exhibition, she shows works that were created in these European workshops.
