Film screening of "Die Unbeugsamen 2" and subsequent discussion as a highlight of the exhibition: "Women in Divided Germany"

Published by the Federal Foundation for the Reappraisal of the SED Dictatorship, the exhibition is a contribution to the 35th anniversary of German reunification. The division of Germany has been history for over three decades. Nevertheless, we (and women) still encounter many clichés attributed to women from East and West Germany.

The German documentary "Die Unbeugsamen 2 - Guten Morgen, Ihr Schönen!" portrays GDR women from different social classes in their struggle for participation and self-determination.

After the screening, women (and men) from East and West are cordially invited to a discussion.
