What are groynes actually for and why are you not allowed to go into the water after eating? Let a real lifeguard explain to you what to look out for when swimming in the Baltic Sea and what to do in an emergency. Of course, a visit to a rescue tower is a must. From there, you can keep a close eye on the beach and the Baltic Sea and become a "lifeguard for a day" yourself.
