On this tour of the film locations, you will experience sets and scenes - all the way to Schwerin Castle, filming location for the Hollywood blockbuster "Kingsmen 2 - The Golden Circle".
Even long before the successful mini-series "The Dead of Marnow", the picturesque city center of Schwerin has repeatedly served as a film set and filming location. On this city tour, you will visit all kinds of places and buildings that have played a role in a TV series or movie. With a lot of exciting background information, you will also go far into the past to many great DEFA works, which were filmed in Schwerin, among other places.
You will visit the Old Post Office in the middle of the old town and walk through Friedrichstraße, where the hotel of the new ZDF series "Hotel Mondial" is located. The tour also passes the castle, where scenes for the Hollywood blockbuster "Kingsman 2 - The Golden Circle", were shot in 2017.
