    To mark the 100th anniversary of the death of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's first state geologist Prof. Dr. Franz Eugen Geinitz and the 150th anniversary of Otto Martin Torell's inland ice theory from 1875, the Müritzeum is presenting the special exhibition "Eugen Geinitz - Exploring the Ice Age Landscape in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern." His multifaceted work, especially in ice age research and geological exploration, is the focus of this exhibition.
    Also take a look at the exciting accompanying program that is offered around the special exhibition in the Müritzeum.

    ► The special exhibition can be viewed daily from April 10 during the Müritzeum's opening hours from 10 am to 7 pm.
