Harvesting elderberries

It's that time of year again: the elderberry harvest has begun. At Holundergut Panckow & Töchter in Kühlungsborn, you can harvest your own elderberries. An excursion to the largest organic elderberry plantation is suitable for the whole family.

Our local superfood is healthy and delicious. Harvesting and subsequent processing is all done by hand.
At the Panckow family's elderberry farm, you can now harvest your own organic elderberries.
The fruit can later be used to make healthy juices, jellies and spreads for the coming fall and winter. The extensive grounds between the Baltic Sea and Kühlung invite you to make discoveries: Deadwood areas, insects and bird watching are all possible. Finished products can also be purchased in our Tiny Shop.
