Course for young people aged 13 and over
...movement and dance based on the lifestyle of young people. This course is an invitation to DANCE.
After an exhausting warm-up, the course trains technical elements such as dynamics, isolation, coordination, strength and rhythm. With dynamic movements, jumps and quick turns, you will put together phrases in space and create choreographies.
The course takes place weekly, except on public holidays and during school vacations.
