Relax here in the flow and listen to a wonderful soundscape. Every cell in our body contains water and this can be made to vibrate. This is how we relax during a sound treatment without any external contact. The vibrations of the singing bowls relax tense tissue, releasing blockages and bringing everything back into flow. The vibrations penetrate so deeply into our body tissue and our (un)consciousness that we often enter a kind of trance state or fall deeply asleep. Everything relaxes, we let go and simply let our body be and vibrate with the sound of the bowls. This can reduce stress and alleviate pain. Sound has a supportive effect on anxiety and depression, relieves headaches, releases inner blockages and promotes relaxation. In addition, sound treatments promote concentration, increase energy, support the sensitization of body awareness, strengthen confidence and stimulate digestion (also wonderfully suitable during pregnancy).
