Course: ‘Flowtogo’ - Nordic Walking & Yoga

    The program includes:

    • Warm-up exercises to prepare the body for the exercise
    • Introduction to the correct Nordic walking technique
    • Dynamic walking through the forest
    • A yoga session by the sea with Nordic walking poles. Stretching exercises and yoga asanas are intensified through the use of poles.
    • Followed by a relaxed Nordic walking run
