The small festival with yoga, Ayurveda, sound, lectures and aroma.

Throughout the day, we offer various yoga, breathing and meditation classes that are suitable for everyone. In between there will be short talks, our bazaar of the senses, hand massages and an Ayurvedic lunch.
At 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm there is a program for children.
